Terms of Service & SMS Disclosure

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Tendly is a timed aftercare messaging service operated by Novanix AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages through Tendly, you agree to the following terms.

About the Tendly Messaging Program

Tendly delivers aftercare text messages to patients on behalf of their healthcare or aesthetics practitioner. Messages include:

Pre-procedure preparation reminders (e.g., what to avoid before your appointment)
Post-procedure care instructions (e.g., recovery guidance specific to your procedure)
Timed check-ins during your recovery period
Emergency contact information for your practitioner's office

Every message is written and approved by your practitioner. Tendly does not generate medical advice, diagnose conditions, or make clinical recommendations.

Consent and Opt-In

Consent to receive aftercare messages through Tendly is collected in writing during your intake visit at your practitioner's office. Before your aftercare message sequence begins, you will receive a confirmation text message. Your practitioner's office maintains the signed consent record. Consent is not a condition of treatment. You may decline text messages and receive printed aftercare instructions instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your procedure and your practitioner's aftercare protocol. A typical sequence ranges from 3 to 10 messages delivered over a period of days to weeks following your procedure. You may also receive a small number of pre-procedure preparation messages before your appointment.

Opting Out

You can opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any Tendly message to immediately cancel all scheduled messages. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. The following keywords are also recognized: QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE.

If you opt out and later wish to resume messages for a future procedure, reply START or ask your practitioner's office to re-enroll you.

Help

Reply HELP to any Tendly message for support information. You can also contact your practitioner's office directly or reach us at hello@heytendly.com.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Tendly does not charge you for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

Quiet Hours

No messages are sent between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your practitioner's local time zone. Messages scheduled during quiet hours are automatically delayed to the next available window.

What Tendly Is — and Is Not

Tendly is a communication delivery platform. Your practitioner is responsible for the content of all messages and for all clinical decisions. Tendly does not provide medical advice.

If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not rely on text messages for urgent medical concerns. Every Tendly message includes your practitioner's emergency contact information.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

Mobile information collected from users who opt in to receive text messages through Tendly will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Tendly delivers messages on behalf of your practitioner. We are not responsible for the clinical accuracy of message content, treatment outcomes, or any medical decisions. All clinical responsibility remains with your practitioner and their practice.

Tendly is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted message delivery. In the event of a delivery failure, messages are retried automatically. If delivery is not possible, the failure is recorded and shown to your practitioner's office in their Tendly dashboard.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
